It's just a rumor...

It's been a rumor and just a rumor that Cuba dictator Fidel Castro is dead. We all know he's been very ill for the past year and in Miami the news of Fidel's death has been around for over 30 years. Although the excitement of that day is near, for right now all internet media's from Drudge Report to CNN to local Miami TV station NBC6 say its a rumor. Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton on the other hand, says he has inside source to Cuba. That inside source is Miami spanish TV and radio, which constantly lay the rumor a fire. What many local experts on Cuba have said in roundtable discussions on Channel 41 and Mega TV Miami this week, is that Fidel Castro is dead for probably a few weeks, but that Fidel's circle is so tight that only a handful of people would know. In China, Cuba's communist counterpart, for almost 3 years they kept Mao's death a secret. The experts on these talk shows also said that Cuba has been preparing the country before an official announcement, with turning off access to internet and alerting delegates in provinces throughout the island.
