Armando C. Pérez, aka rapper Pitbull, was arrested Friday morning, booked and charged with driving under the influence.
As of 10 a.m., Pérez, 26, had not posted the $1,000 bond.
Pitbull just released his latest CD The Boatlift, inspired by his mother, a Cuban immigrant. The Boatlift is currently No. 24 on Billboard's chart of top independent albums.
