Cuban comedy legend, Guillermo Alvarez Guedes made a rare performance before a sold out show on Saturday night at Miami's Dade County Auditorium.
"Most people tell me. 'Is this your farewell concert' and I tell them their is plenty of Alvarez Guedes left to perform", the famed comic Guedes told the crowd, "I will do my farewell concert when Cuba is free." Alvarez Guedes, often compared to a Latin version of Richard Pryor, reminisis about when he left Cuba, "On the same plane to New York, Celia Cruz was sitting a few aisle away."
