Should we love Che Guevara? Benicio del Toro presents movie in Spain
Che was a totalitarian. Che presided over the Cuban Revolution's first firing squads. He founded Cuba's "labor camp" system—the system that was eventually employed to incarcerate gays, dissidents, and AIDS victims. Che also said many scary statements like "Hatred as an element of struggle; unbending hatred for the enemy, which pushes a human being beyond his natural limitations, making him into an effective, violent, selective, and cold-blooded killing machine. This is what our soldiers must become …" Now mainstream push the cult of Che—the T-shirts, the bars, the posters and most the promote Che don't even know that the guy was a murderer. Now Benicio brings us this film. Check out the trailer. The cast also includes: Demian Bichir, Elvira Mínguez, Jorge Perugorría, Rodrigo Santoro, Unax Ugalde, Santiago Cabrera, Edgar Ramírez, Víctor Rasuk, Armando Riesco, Catalina Sandino and Yul Vázquez.
