Court date for Luis Miguel-July 8, 2008

Luis Miguel must appear in court for the bar brawl at the Regis Hotel in Aspen back in January of 2006. His bodyguard were charged in the confrontation incident with a waiter at bar of the hotel. Luis Miguel's bodyguard has already testified in the case. According to Luis Miguel's lawyer, Jeffrey Wertz, the singer will appear in court on July 8, 2008. We guess Luis Miguel couldn't fit them in his schedule till next July.
