Pitbull is everywhere from Billboard Latin Awards to Viña del Mar in Chile to performing on American Idol with Jennifer Lopez. And not only JLO but doing collaberations with anyone in the music scene. Let's go down the run down of artist he has a song with. Enrique Iglesias, Shakira, Paulina Rubio, Belinda, Jencarlos Canela, T-Pain, Lil Jon, Convict, Ne-YO, Chris Brown, Drake, Fat Joe, Trick Daddy and others.

"I want to be a brand like Jennifer Lopez" Pitbull, who's real name is Armando Perez is on his way, doing commercials for Kodak, Dr. Pepper and Voli vodka, where he has majority equity stake.

He's been all over television opening up the show at Premio Lo Nuestro on Univision, closing the show with T-Pain at the Billboard Latin awards, where he was nominated, performed with JLO on American Idol, with Enrique Iglesias on The George Lopez show, and this past Monday WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW from Miami, celebrating The Rock's birthday.

In the meantime, Pitbull is on the cover of Latina magazine and in anticipation of his next english CD in June titled, Planet Pit. Catch Pitbull on TV again on Dancing with the Stars performing with NE-YO and Nayer on May 17th.

Pitbull returns to Calle Ocho as the King of Carnival Miami

Mr. 305, Pitbull returned to his old hood of Little Havana to be crowned the King of this year's Calle Ocho Carnival Miami. Past honors has gone to icons like Celia Cruz, Willy Chirino, Gloria Estefan and even first ever king Desi Arnaz back in the 80's.

Pitbull took a stroll through Maximo Gomez Domino Park where he took pics with fans and greeted old timers playing their favorite pastime.

Up next for Pit, he's preparing to tour to Russia, Europe and Latin America, working with Cypress Hill and Janet Jackson on upcoming tunes and working on a spanish CD out in May. He also did recent collaborations with Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, and Paulina Rubio. Eventhough he has worked with many artist we overheard Pit say "I would like to work with Jay Z", and we're sure he will.

2009 Billboard Latin Conference: Urban movement still the talk

The 2009 Billboard Latin conference at the Eden Roc on Miami Beach began with a series of panels centuring around the urban movement. Industry leaders, producers and artist gathered to discuss the past and present of urban movement. Pitbull, Arcangel, Alex y Fido, Tony Love, and DJ Laz.

BLANCO: Pitbull Featuring Pharrell Williams in first single release for Fast & Furious

The Fast & Furious (on Interscope/Star Trak) all-star soundtrack album features new music by Pitbull, Busta Rhymes, Tego Calderon, Don Omar, Kenna, Rye Rye, Shark City Click, Tasha, and Robin Thicke, and productions by The Neptunes. Six of the eleven tracks were recorded for the soundtrack. The first eSingle is "Blanco" by Pitbull, featuring Pharrell Williams of The Neptunes.

The fourth installment of Fast & Furious was the biggest film in the world this weekend, grossing over $100 million. In the United States, the film brought in more than $72 million, the biggest April movie opening ever.

Rapper Pitbull charged with DUI

Armando C. Pérez, aka rapper Pitbull, was arrested Friday morning, booked and charged with driving under the influence.

As of 10 a.m., Pérez, 26, had not posted the $1,000 bond.

Pitbull just released his latest CD The Boatlift, inspired by his mother, a Cuban immigrant. The Boatlift is currently No. 24 on Billboard's chart of top independent albums.
