New Morning Show, Levántate Debuts on Telemundo on August 25th

Levántate, the new morning show to debut on Telemundo on August 25 at 7am. The show will be hosted by Alan Tacher, Rashel Díaz and Erika Garza and will be produced from Puerto Rico rather than Miami where its rival Despierta America is produced. Long time industry leader Tony Mojena, who produced Premios Billboard de la Música Latina as well as manager of Ednita Nazario and Luis Fonsi, will be in charge and also lives in Puerto Rico. The show will also have special guest comedian host Raymond Arrieta.
Levántate is another attempt at the morning market, that Telemundo has failed with De Mañanitas and Cada Dia, which were horrible. With Mojena, expect a powerful, good quality show, with great guest and the typical morning celebrity appearances, gossip, cooking segments, how-to segments, etc. The news part will be handled via satellite from Telemundo Mexico and reporters in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.
This one might work, although we're not sure about producing the show in Puerto Rico. We guess we'll have to see...
