According to People Magazine, it has released its annual Most Beautiful issue on newstand on Friday, and has named Jennifer Lopez the Most Beautiful Women in The World.

JLO, has been a busy woman as of late. She's a judge on American Idol, is the spokeswoman for Gillette Venus, has a fashion line at Kohls, and has a new CD coming out in May.

Jennifer Lopez Launches New Charity

Jennifer Lopez and her sister Lynda, launched a charity, The Maribel Foundation. The foundation was named after Marc Anthony's sister who died of a brain tumor.

It's a unique mission to allow medical specialist in Los Angeles treat children around the globe via telecommunication technology, a program called Telemedicine.

“This technology allows specialists from anywhere in the world, so long as they have this technology in the clinic set-up, to connect to remote areas of the world that have one of these machines. They can talk to specialists anywhere in the world, and they can confer," Jennifer told Larry King. READ MORE

La Jennifer  is coming back to television.  She will guest star as Anita Appleby on a episode of  the CBS sitcom  How I Met Your Mother in March. 

In her role she'll play “a no-nonsense self-help guru teaching women how to ‘train’ men in relationships through the power of denial."

Lopez is also reportedly in talks to guest star on Fox's hit Glee.

While Jennifer Lopez could maybe cash in on some insurance money for falling on her most important asset this week during her performance at the American Music Awards, she also battling ex-husband Ojani Noa for videos he wants to release.

Celebrity owners Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, Serena and Venus Williams attended Monday nights Dolphins/Colts game at Landshark stadium in Miami.

Among the other celebrities in attendance included 3 time Indy champ Helio Castroneves, rapper T-Pain and a pre game performance by co-owner Jimmy Buffett.

Despite the star power, Dolphins lost a close one to the Colts 27-23.

FOR A GREAT CAUSE: Jennifer Lopez and March of Dimes in Miami

Our dear Jennifer Lopez rise and shined today as the 2009 National Honorary Chair to help kick off the March of Dime's "March for Babies". The event brought out over 8,000 participants for the 4-mile beach walk on Key Biscayne, FL.

Her goal: to make awareness of a serious threat to the health of babies —pertussis, more commonly known as whooping cough, through her role as spokesperson for The Sounds of Pertussis Campaign.

Jennifer Lopez Madre's restaurant in California closes its doors. The restaurant was known for its Cuban and Puertorican cuisines. A sign at the restaurant door states that the venue has been closed since June 1. No one noticed till today. JLO's ex husband Ojani Noa use to manage the restaurant.

Time to make money again...JLO makin' some moves!!!

After having her twins, Marc is back on the road performing and JLO is back with a new reality show for the TLC network. Russian media is also reporting that Jennifer Lopez will be performing at an awards show sponsored by the Russian television channel Muz TV. Of course the family that works together stays together. The whole family crew Marc, Jennifer, Emme, and Max along with a crew of 25 more people will accompany the famous family as well as a long list of demands. The couple will stay at the Ritz Carlton and has demanded black towels, light hue furniture, assortment of crepes and caviar. Nice...No Vodka?
This is not the first time JLO makes the big money for the Russian's. Jennifer Lopez was paid a staggering $3 million to perform a 40 minute set at the birthday party of a Russian billionaire's wife. Banker Andrei Melnichenko, 35, paid for Lopez to fly from Los Angeles to his Berkshire, England estate to sing at the 30th birthday of his spouse Aleksandra.
