Modern Family hottie Sofia Vergara looked amazing and looked like a red carpet seasoned professional. Her ABC sitcom did not win a Golden Globe.

Fergie looked elegant in a lilac Elie Saab chiffon gown at the 2010 Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday.

Cameron Diaz wore a gorgeous red gown by Alexander McQueen and a 1950 yellow gold vintage rope bracelet by Van Cleef and Arpels, Roger Vivier “Prisme Pochette” clutch in Black Satin and Beaded Fringe and Ferragamo black silk satin pumps.

Avatar star Zoe Saldana wore a Louis Vuitton dress, Brian Atwood “Wagner” pumps and a black patent Ferragamo clutch.

WOW: Penelope Cruz wins the Oscar!!

Penelope Cruz wins the Oscar for best supporting actress award in her role as Maria Elena in Woody Allen's romantic comedy Vicky Cristina Barcelona, and becoming the first Spanish-born actress to win the prestigious award.

"You have to keep climbing mountains. It's better not to listen or to engage in those debates," she said, adding that she is encouraged by how more open the entertainment industry is to people with accents. Penelope says with happiness, "It has been changing. We are all mixed together and that has to be reflected in cinema. I'm happy that finally that door seems to be more open and not just to me and three other people, but to a much bigger group,"

Screen Actor's Guild Award is one of the most important award ceremonies every year, where actors vote on their peers. The event held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, brought out some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Latina superstars America Ferrera, Eva Longoria, Rosario Dawson and Penelope Cruz. You think we will see any of these actresses doing a novela on Univision? We don't think so, at least no presently. In anycase, a glamourous night, and still 2 big shows to go, The Oscar's , and The Grammy's to complete award season.

Salma Hayek is calling all her friend's to guest star in her smashing high rated TV show, Ugly Betty. Lindsay Lohan and longtime best friend Penelope Cruz are part of this season's line up of guest celebs appearing on the show. Tonight Spice Girl Victoria Beckham appears on the show.
Ugly Betty begins it's first season throughout Latin America this week via Sony Entertainment Television.
